INSIGHT MEDITATION (Chip Hartranft) is the simplest, most natural method for human beings to see things as they are. Through mindfulness, or sustained attention to the unfolding of each moment, we learn to abide in the present, grounded in reality rather than the cloud-kingdom of our memories, desires and fears. Participants will develop equanimity and insight using the 2,500-year-old yogic path of the Buddha, moving as the mind becomes tranquil and steady toward the freedom of effortless awareness

SECRETS OF SOUNDER SLEEP (Josh Schreiber) The Sounder Sleep System uses synchronized movements and breathing techniques called mini-moves that relax your body, calm your mind, and lull you into blissful, restorative slumber. If you wake up during the night, the mini-moves get you right back to sleep. During the day, the mini-moves quickly counteract the effects of stress and tension, bringing you greater mental and physical ease and promoting peak performance. In these turbulent times, these are essential tools for self-healing and inner peace. The Sounder Sleep System is based on traditional and modern self-healing methods as well as original innovations by the systemÕs founder, Michael Krugman. New material is introduced in each class

SOUND HEALING CIRCLE (Barbara Albenesius) Come explore the healing powers of sound and music. You will experience both co-creating and receiving sound healing, as well as learning how to create improvisational music with a healing intention. Please bring your favorite instruments or just yourself, your voice and your love. Prior musical or healing experience is welcome but not required. We look forward to playing with you!
