An individual session with personal trainer Ellen-Marie DiGioia at The Arlington Center can be a wonderful complement to your yoga practice or a great way to start a fitness plan! Build strong bones and soft tissues by strength training using your own body weight and/or a variety of fitness balls and dumbbells. Functional training techniques improve flexibility, coordination, balance, and cardiovascular fitness. All sessions start with a warm-up. We end with a cool-down of breathing and stretching exercises. Leave refreshed, relaxed, and energized!

fitness assessments
A great way to evaluate your baseline fitness level and measure your progress and success along the way throughout your training program. Assessments include body composition analysis, measurements and other fitness tests of strength and endurance

assessment $40


wellness counseling
Based on a Wellness Lifestyle questionnaire, sessions will be tailored for you based upon your evaluation and healthy lifestyle goals. Consultations provide motivation, guidelines, and ongoing support for leading a healthier lifestyle or to specifically aid in the prevention and management of diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis and other diseases. Sessions may include a combination of all or some of the following topics:

ELLEN-MARIE DiGIOIA is the founder and owner of WellSpree, LLC, a fitness and wellness company. She earned a Master of Science degree in Human Performance from Southern Connecticut State University and a Master of Education in Counseling Psychology from Cambridge College. Ellen-Marie is an American College of Sports Medicine certified Personal Trainer and she has extensive experience within the areas of fitness training, corporate wellness, and healthy lifestyle counseling. Her clientele ranges from beginner fitness levels to seasoned exercise buffs and includes those that want to make improvements to their health and lifestyle for personal and/or medical reasons. Ellen-Marie approaches wellness from a holistic point of view and believes that all individuals can overcome obstacles to achieve their goals given the proper guidance, motivation and lifestyle tools
